The Challenge
The New York State utility-scale solar market is just kicking off in 2022. This project is one of the first utility-scale solar projects to break ground in New York. All the project stakeholders, including the numerous regulatory agencies, are moving forward with interim environmental requirements developed for the solar industry. This project will serve as a model project to enhance those requirements and develop final construction requirements used industry-wide in New York.
The Result
The Wesson Group will leverage its significant expertise in working with these regulatory agencies in the New York wind power industry to help develop and implement environmental controls that will address project-specific work and establish guidelines for the entire New York solar industry.
